Eyecatching Accents

Parisian-born sculptor Pascal Giacomini, who has lived and worked in Los Angeles since the 1980s, considers his greatest challenge to be creating works that suit specific environments, whether indoors or outdoors. The artist's sculptures have graced Santa Monica Boulevard's median strip in West Hollywood for a one-man show of large-scale works during a three-month period.

Another group of large-scale sculptures became known as the Malibu Summer Artwalk, as viewed along the Pacific Coast Highway and other prime locations in the city. Pascal's work was also the focus of a one-man exhibit in the Fall Artist Series, organized annually by Neiman-Marcus.

His original mixed-media sculptures, decorative masks, furniture designs, and functional art pieces have been showcased at the Pacific Design Center, are shown in prestigious art fairs, and are held in numerous private collections.

His studio is located in Hollywood, California, where he currently resides with his wife and business partner, Carine Fabius.
